Based at either our Walsall or Sutton offices this is a full time role with working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with one hour for lunch. As an experienced Family Solicitor you will be use to dealing with all Private finance and children matters as well as High Net Worth Clients including the following - Divorce and Civil Dissolution Cohabitation agreements Occupation Orders Children Wealth Protection, to include pre and post nuptial agreements Specific Issue Orders Relocation Grandparents Rights Prohibited Steps Orders Non Molestation Orders You will carry your own caseload and assist the Head of Team with any complex matters.
