The predicted salary is between 22050 - 26950 £ per year.
We are looking to add a new Legal Support Assistant to our busy Residential Conveyancing department. Joining an experienced team, you would be based at our Head Office in Walsall on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with one hour for lunch.
You should have experience in dealing with the following:
- Opening and maintenance of digital files
- Taking calls from clients and third parties, to deal with queries
- Attending to clients in person
- Scanning any incoming post and attaching to the relevant matters
- Ensuring that the correct documents from the clients have been received at the relevant time
- Dealing with pre and post completion tasks
- Ordering searches
- Dealing with registration and SDLT formalities
- Dealing with lenders
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day tasks on files
This is a permanent position and you should have at least 1-2 years or more experience working in a similar role within a Conveyancing team and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. We can offer a supportive and collaborative working environment and benefits including your Birthday Day off.
