The company is fully dedicated to the mobility market with the agility to act at speed in realizing EV OEMs’ needs, from product, process, and manufacturing, on a global level.
The successful candidate will have a broad engineering background but must have specialist skills & experience in high-volume stamping, working with, and running high-speed tooling.
- Diagnosing and solving a wide range of mechanical problems that occur within multistage, high precision complex press/stamping tools.
- Using surface grinders, milling machines, and hand tools for bench work.
- Performing assembly and debugging of press tools.
- Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing tools to support production.
- Providing technical support to the production line to achieve technical & quality requirements.
- Operating various tool room machining equipment (like surface grinding, milling, drilling).
- Working to very close tolerances on surface grinding machines.
Must have current right to work in the UK; sponsorship will not be provided. Must be willing to work shifts on a rotational shift pattern of days/nights.
