ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, EU, and APAC. As we scale toward €100m+ annual revenue by 2026, we are looking for two Performance Marketing Specialists (Google Ads) to each take ownership of paid search for one of our core brands and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This is not a junior role and not a “campaign management” position. You will be responsible for performance, which means owning results, making decisions, and improving outcomes, not just running campaigns. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and operate with a high level of independence.
What you will do:
- Own and scale Google Ads performance across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Manage a significant ad budget (up to ~$400,000/month once fully onboarded)
- Continuously analyse performance and make clear, data-driven decisions
- Test and improve campaign structure, bidding, and targeting
- Identify what is working, what is not, and act on it quickly
- Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and performance
- Focus on execution, not reporting or presentations

Commitment:
This is a full-time role with full ownership of performance. We are looking for someone fully focused on this role. Managing multiple roles or external client work alongside this position is not compatible with the expectations of this role. This role requires direct, hands-on experience managing Google Ads in an e-commerce environment. Candidates whose primary experience comes from agency work will not be considered.
Location & Setup:
This role is based in Barcelona and requires working from our office. We are setting up a new workspace in WeWork Barcelona, providing an exciting environment with good facilities, coffee, and a social atmosphere. You will be working closely with other team members while being part of an international company operating across multiple markets. From time to time, travel to meet colleagues in Belgrade and London will be expected.
