ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, EU, and APAC. As we scale toward $100m+ annual revenue, one of the key constraints in the business is ensuring we have the right products, in the right place, at the right time β€” without overstocking or understocking.

This is a complex, high-impact role. It requires structured thinking, strong judgement, and the ability to operate in an environment where systems, data, and execution are not always perfect. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of this problem.

Role overview

This is not a narrow supply chain or logistics role. Responsibilities that are often split across multiple functions (planning, allocation, and execution) are combined into a single, high-accountability position. You will be responsible for inventory decisions end-to-end across multiple markets, warehouses, and business models.

What you will do

  • Own inventory decisions across the business, ensuring the right products are available, in the right locations, at the right time.
  • Translate demand signals from Marketing into concrete purchasing and stock positioning decisions.
  • Place and manage orders with suppliers, ensuring production and shipment timelines are met.
  • Coordinate closely with our China-based supply team on ordering, production, and buffer stock management.
  • Ensure the correct SKUs are positioned across a distributed global warehouse network.
  • Work closely with our CTO to define what data and system capabilities are required to support decision-making.
  • Continuously analyse SKU performance, demand patterns, and supply constraints to improve outcomes.
  • Balance availability, cash flow, and risk across markets and warehouse locations.
  • Be hands-on when needed β€” this role combines thinking and execution.

Important context

Our setup is intentionally complex. We operate across a global third-party operated warehouse network. Inventory flows across these locations and must be positioned correctly in advance to meet demand. Depending on the SKU, warehouse logic differs: Some SKUs are tied to specific warehouses and markets; some warehouses serve multiple markets depending on product type; in certain cases, secondary warehouses can fulfil demand when primary locations are out of stock. This creates a network of interdependencies rather than a simple one-to-one stock model. All systems used in the business are intentionally built in-house. We are not looking to replace them with external tools or standard solutions. Your role is to understand the current setup and define what improvements are needed, not to simplify the business or outsource the problem.

This is a demand-driven business. The role is not to push stock onto the market and ask commercial teams to sell it. Instead, you will respond to demand and ensure inventory is aligned with it. Success in this role means: not having too much stock; not having too little stock; having the right stock, at the right time. This responsibility sits with this role.

You are expected to make an impact from the beginning. This is not a role where you spend the first months designing systems before acting. From the start, you will hands-on place orders; adjust stock levels; identify immediate improvements.

You will need to understand the current setup quickly, speak with stakeholders, and start making better decisions immediately, even if the system is not perfect. Over time, you will improve how things work. But execution starts early, and improvements are continuous. This is not a perfectly controlled environment. Suppliers change timelines. Containers do not always ship as planned. SKUs may be substituted or unavailable. Information is not always complete. You will need to continuously adapt, make trade-offs, and ensure outcomes are delivered despite this.

This is a highly cross-functional role working directly with the senior management team across regions. You will collaborate closely with: Supply leadership based in China; CTO based in Belgrade; Head of Marketing; Head of Operations based in Germany and CEO based in London. These stakeholders are based across different geographies, and the role acts as a central decision point across them.

Who you are

  • Highly analytical, able to understand and operate within complex systems.
  • Comfortable working across commercial, operational, and technical domains.
  • Able to take full ownership of a critical function.
  • Hands-on and pragmatic, not just strategic.
  • Strong communicator, able to align senior stakeholders.
  • Not driven by ego, but by making things work.
  • Comfortable operating in imperfect environments.

Profile

  • Mid-to-senior level (not corporate, not junior).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Focused on outcomes, not just processes.

This is one of the most critical roles in the company as we scale. If we get this right, it unlocks the next stage of growth. If we don’t, it becomes a constraint.

Location & Setup

We are a distributed company and are open to candidates based anywhere in Europe. Our team is spread across multiple locations, including London, Belgrade, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Oxfordshire, Istanbul, and Guangzhou, with a significant part of the team based in our Belgrade hub. Location is less important than experience and fit. The role requires regular collaboration across teams in different countries, as well as occasional travel when needed. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to be part of building and scaling a company over several years.

In our culture in ennovationHUB we value:

  • Accountability over excuses.
  • Execution over talk.
  • Clarity over politics.
  • Learning through doing.

We welcome people from diverse backgrounds, what matters most is doing the work well and owning outcomes.
