AI-Powered Video Creator — Performance Marketing Team | London based
We’re looking for an AI-Powered Video Creator to join our performance marketing team. This role blends creativity, marketing strategy, and technology—ideal for someone who understands how to craft data-driven, high-performing video ads that convert. You’ll use cutting-edge AI tools to design and iterate video creatives that fuel our global growth campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
You’ll be based four days a week in our London office (Monday–Thursday) and work remotely on Fridays, collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams in Belgrade and across Europe.
The Role
As our AI-Powered Video Creator, you’ll take the lead in producing and optimizing short-form video ads that grab attention and drive conversions. You’ll combine creative storytelling with performance data to craft content that not only looks great but performs exceptionally well. This is not a traditional video editing role — it’s for someone excited about the future of creative production powered by AI, using tools like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, and Sora to innovate and deliver at speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and test 5–8 new ad video concepts per week for Meta and TikTok
- Use AI-powered tools to create, enhance, and iterate video content
- Craft scroll-stopping hooks and edits based on real campaign performance
- Research and reverse-engineer top-performing ads in our niche
- Collaborate with the London and Belgrade teams to refine creative strategy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and performance creative trends
- Proven experience producing video ads for e-commerce or DTC brands
- Strong understanding of direct response and conversion-focused marketing
- Hands‑on experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, etc.)
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Ability to produce a high volume of creative output quickly and efficiently
- A portfolio of short‑form or ad‑style video work (UGC, AI‑generated, motion, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and a data‑driven mindset
