About us

Ennova Law offers a range of civil legal services including litigation and dispute resolution, will writing, power of attorney, executory services and commercial and residential property services.

We’re seeking a part time receptionist to join our office at George Square in Edinburgh. The post holder will work closely with our Office Manager, assisting her with a range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day to day interactions with clients in person and via the telephone
  • Managing the reception inbox, dealing with requests quickly and effectively
  • Maintaining stationery, kitchen and office supplies for both our offices in Edinburgh and Dundee
  • Maintaining our meeting rooms and greeting visitors
  • Arranging couriers and taxis
  • Preparing cheques for banking, taking credit card payments and recording invoices for our finance department
  • Carrying out weekly fire alarm testing and arrangement of scheduled H&S testing
  • Liaising with our cleaner and arranging for confidential and recycling uplifts
  • Managing our onsite and off site archiving
  • Provide general support to the Office Manager as requested and within the remit of the role

Requirements

  • Five years or more reception experience, working (ideally) in a legal or professional services environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Well presented and customer focused
  • Discretion – our work is highly confidential
  • Previous experience of software packages including Office365, Outlook, Word and Excel

The role is 23 hours per week, fully office based, Monday to Friday, with the following shift pattern. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 1pm – 5pm. Wednesday 9am – 5pm. There will be a requirement to cover holidays for another receptionist, which will be paid.
