Company DescriptionReporting to the EVP of Global Partnerships, the Partnerships Activation Manager will help bring our global partnerships to life, with a particular focus on our UK and European properties. You'll coordinate activations from planning through to delivery, working closely with our central teams, properties and external partners to ensure commitments are delivered accurately, on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating brilliant experiences, building strong relationships and keeping multiple projects moving.

Job DescriptionWhat you'll do...Support the EVP of Global Partnerships with the planning and delivery of annual partner activation programmes.
This will include reviewing contracts, maintaining activation trackers and coordinating agreed deliverables. Develop and manage the annual partner activation calendar, keeping internal teams and property stakeholders informed of key timelines, milestones and deadlines. Coordinate partner activations from initial planning through to delivery and evaluation.
This will include: Building clear project plans, timelines and deliverablesCoordinating communication between partners, properties and internal teamsDelivering agreed marketing activity across relevant channels and touchpointsManaging on-site partner activity where neededCreating post-activation recap decks and performance summariesManage and track activation budgets, monitor expenditure and make sure activity remains aligned with agreed financial guidelines.
Work closely with our brand, marketing, operations and property teams to deliver activations consistently and to a high standard.
Help turn our partner events and activations into meaningful marketing moments, finding opportunities to extend their reach, increase their impact and deliver greater value from our partnerships.
Support partnership compliance across our UK and European properties, including reviewing delivery against contractual commitments and global brand standards.
Build strong relationships with local operations teams, working together to identify any gaps and agree practical solutions.
Collect and analyse property consumption data, using insights to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the smooth running of the Partnerships team, including coordinating calendars and travel and reconciling expenses when needed.
Travel to properties and partner events when required.
This is likely to include quarterly travel within the UK and occasional international trips.
QualificationsWhat we're looking for...You don't need to tick every box, but we'd love to hear from you if you can bring many of the following: Around five years' experience in events, marketing, partnerships or a related role, ideally within hospitality, travel or a lifestyle brandHands-on experience planning and delivering events or brand activationsStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to balance different priorities and keep work movingConfidence managing budgets, tracking expenditure and monitoring spend against agreed commitmentsClear and thoughtful verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to build trusted relationships with partners, property teams and colleagues at different levels and across different marketsConfidence using PowerPoint and Excel to create clear, polished presentations, trackers and performance summariesA collaborative and practical approach, with a willingness to contribute wherever neededCuriosity, openness to different ideas and a genuine interest in what we can achieve togetherFrench language skills would be a bonus, but they aren't essentialMost importantly, you'll want to be part of a team that works hard, supports one another and has fun along the way.
