We are looking for an ambitious Senior Brand Marketing Director to lead The Hoxton, Working from_ and Special Projects as part of the European Brand team at Ennismore. This is an exciting role in our growing company. Based in London and reporting into the Chief Brand & Culture Officer, this role will set the Global vision for the Hoxton & Working from_ while leading the integrated marketing plans for the European properties, developing culturally relevant annual brand marketing plans that drive both brand love and commercial needs.

You will get the opportunity to work on special projects ranging from developing new brands or products to leading multi-brand projects supporting our brand visibility on key commercial platforms and partners. We’ve got lots of ambition to grow our brands globally and appeal to new audiences, and you will be an integral part of driving this.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Develop the brand strategy ensuring we have a distinct point of view and deliver innovative communications and activations.
  • Have a deep understanding of lifestyle communities and drive insightful ideas and opportunities that build cultural relevance.
  • Lead an integrated team across content, social, graphics, entertainment and PR creating an inspiring environment.
  • Be a strategic leader on multi-brand projects driving communication and cohesion across regional teams.
  • Own relationships with all Hoxton European property marketing teams and GMs ensuring strategic plans deliver on brand and commercial objectives.
  • Work with commercial teams to drive revenue, manage budgets, set metrics and assess data and effectiveness of plans.
  • Define the brand experience and standards with operations teams ensuring they are brought to life at every guest touch point.
  • Work closely with our in-house graphics team and design partners ensuring clear and inspiring briefs.
  • Work across the entire marketing mix with a strong understanding of the creative process, experiential experiences and digital marketing.
  • Build processes to drive structure and organization while being flexible in a fast-paced environment.
