Overview

In this role you will support the Global Partnerships team to plan and deliver partner activations across UK and Europe, coordinating with central teams, properties and external partners. You will manage end-to-end activations, from planning and budgeting to delivery and post-event evaluation, ensuring consistency with brand standards. You’ll craft memorable experiences, build strong relationships, and keep multiple projects moving in a fast-paced hospitality context. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with a clear impact on partner value and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver annual partner activation programmes, including reviewing contracts and maintaining activation trackers
  • Develop and manage the activation calendar, communicating timelines to internal and property teams
  • Coordinate activations from planning through delivery and evaluation, including project plans and timelines
  • Manage marketing activity across channels and on-site partner activities
  • Track budgets and ensure activities align with financial guidelines
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, operations and property teams to deliver high-standard activations
  • Turn partner events into broader marketing moments and extend reach
  • Support partnership compliance across UK and Europe, reviewing delivery against commitments and brand standards
  • Build relationships with local operations teams and identify practical improvements
  • Collect and analyse property consumption data to drive performance improvements
  • Coordinate team calendars and travel, and reconcile expenses
  • Travel to properties and partner events as needed, including quarterly UK travel and occasional international trips

Key requirements

  • Around five years’ experience in events, marketing, partnerships or related role
  • Hands-on experience planning and delivering events or brand activations
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Experience budgeting and tracking expenditure against commitments
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with partners and cross-market teams
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and trackers
  • Collaborative, practical approach with willingness to contribute
  • Curiosity and openness to new ideas; interest in team success
  • French language skills would be a bonus
