Overview
As Director of MICE, you will lead global MICE sales strategies for The Hoxton portfolio, overseeing a pre-assigned account base and guiding global negotiations to maximize market share. You will represent The Hoxton at international trade shows, drive awareness of the opening pipeline, and collaborate with On-property Sales, Brand, Revenue, and Hotel Operations to fuel revenue growth. Based in London, you will report to the VP of Sales and support 19 operating hotels plus the opening pipeline. This role offers the chance to shape a growing global brand and expand into new markets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to source, drive and grow revenue in the MICE segment for The Hoxton hotels
- Manage a pre-assigned portfolio of accounts and lead global negotiations and agreement implementation
- Prospect new accounts to support global growth
- Represent The Hoxton at Global Tradeshows
- Raise awareness of opening pipeline and contribute to successful commercial launches
- Collaborate with On-property Sales, Brand, Revenue & Hotel Operations to share insights and drive revenue results
Key requirements
- 5+ years in a senior sales role
- MICE experience essential; consortia experience preferable
- Passion for hotel sales and goal-driven mindset
- Excellent relationship builder with cross-team collaboration skills
