We are looking for a Commis Chef to be part of our opening team for The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Il Bambini Club. Il Bambini Club - a festive, generous trattoria born in Paris - is opening its doors in London. With live music, bold interiors, and a love for Italian flavours, Bambini is a celebration of food, colour, and joy. We’re hiring a Commis Chef ready to learn, grow, and bring positive energy to a passionate kitchen team crafting everything from pizza to playful dolci.
What you’ll do...
- Be a key team player and ensure all areas of the kitchen are prepped and ready for service.
- Make sure things are running without hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth as chipotle butter, and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.
