We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the Llama Inn team, based at The Hoxton, Shoreditch. Llama Inn offers a modern approach to Peruvian cooking, with an exciting menu of ceviche, small plates, sharing dishes, natural wine and standout cocktails at our rooftop restaurant in Shoreditch.
What you'll do...
- Produce delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options for our guests by running a section in our busy kitchen.
- Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them.
- Ensure smooth operations, manage orders and deliveries, and maintain high food hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with our Head Chef on ideas and techniques to create a dynamic kitchen environment.
