Delano London is seeking an exceptional Head Bartender to join the pre-opening team. Based primarily in Rose Bar, you’ll be a senior craft and service presence behind the bar, helping establish the drinks culture and energy of one of Delano London's key social spaces.
You will lead by example behind the bar, deliver consistently excellent cocktails, train the bar team and work closely with the Bar Manager to set recipes, mise en place and service standards for the opening.
