The Hoxton is a series of openâhouse hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we have never just been about offering a bed for the night. We want to be more than that: proving style doesnât need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerge themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.
Whatâs in it for you:
- Become part of a team thatâs very passionate about creating great hospitality experiences.
- 29 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension and life insurance.
- Food on us during your shift.
- Enjoy a free night at The Hoxton and a meal for two when you first start with us.
- Training to get you settled into your role with ongoing development that helps you think, make and thrive to set you up for success at work.
- Time off to volunteer with one of our partner charities.
- Hox Hero and Nifty Fifty, our rewards for going the extra mile and living our values.
- An annual diversity and inclusion calendar of events creating opportunities for you to learn, celebrate and make a positive impact.
- Regular team get-togethers, from our High Fives to our (pretty special!) team parties â we know how to have a good time!
- The chance to challenge the norm and work in an environment that is both creative and rewarding.
- Join an innovative, fastâgrowing, international group that is shaking things up on the hospitality scene.
- Excellent discounts across The Hoxton and the global Ennismore family.

- Responsible for developing and growing key accounts within the following market segments: Groups and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE).
- Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to source, drive and grow our revenues from your managed accounts.
- Generate new business through market research and liaising closely with ACCOR and the Hoxton Global Sales Team.
- Build up Account Management Plans, making sure you are "in the know" on the latest market news and competitor insights too.
- Organise show rounds, HOX sleepovers and familiarisation trips to maximise The Hoxton's exposure amongst key decision makers.
- Complete all other duties, tasks and projects as assigned by the Director of Sales.
- Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new group business opportunities in corporate, social, and event segments.
- Build and maintain longâterm relationships with group clients, including event planners, corporate clients, and associations.
- Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings to promote the propertyâs group facilities and services.
- Analyse groups & events data and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
What weâre looking for:
- Individuals who are looking for a place where they can be themselves; no clones in suits here.
- Passion for hospitality â whether thatâs a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night.
- A positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
- A collaborative spirit; we leave our egos at the door and help get things done.
- A willingness to do things differently and try (almost) everything once.
- Someone with at least 3 years proven experience in proactive sales and key account management, in the hotel industry, who can make a quick impact on our team.
- High energy, ready to represent The Hoxton brand at industry tradeshows, networking events, sales calls & trips.
