The Hoxton, Southwark is currently looking for an Assistant Director of Sales to join our London Cluster sales team. Here’s your opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the UK with a reputation for disrupting the industry. Selling our sought-after hotels, you will gain broad multi-site experience across our four locations to deliver budget expectations and grow market share.
Reporting to the Area Director of Sales – London, we’ll look to you to drive new business across all the segments as well as support in driving strategic decisions into Hoxton’s London portfolio of hotels. This includes The Hoxton Shoreditch, The Hoxton Holborn, The Hoxton Southwark and our newest location, The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush.

What you’ll do…
- Actively manage some of the largest Corporate Accounts and TMC’s relationships across The Hoxton’s London Cluster
- Work with the Area Director of Sales to implement and drive strategic decisions across the four hotels
- Build Account Management Plans and execute creative sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities
- Generate new business leads through market research and liaising with the Global Sales team
- Support, coach and mentor junior members of the sales team
- Monitor new market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Represent The Hoxton at industry networking events and sales trips
- Organise show rounds, familiarisation trips, office visits and presentations
- Utilise the ACCOR systems to maintain up-to-date account information
- Work towards Corporate, Consortia & Group revenue goals and team KPIs
- Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally
