Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. As a Kids Club Assistant you will assist with the smooth running of the Kids Club operation, creating a safe environment and providing an exciting and stimulating program of activities for children aged 3 to 8 years old. We are looking for a part time colleague to assist in adhering to all check in and safeguarding procedures when needed, as well as acting as a safeguarding officer in the event of disclosures or concerns involving a child. You will have a passion for working with children and be highly motivated to work in a fun and inspiring Kids Club.

Who we are looking for?

• Previous experience working with young children, ideally in early years.




• Confident in providing child first aid and knowledgeable in health and safety practices relating to childcare.




• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues and senior management as well as our members, guests and their children.




• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.




• A genuine passion for providing a fun and exciting club for young children.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,804.80, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE.
