Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. The Role:

As our Guest Services Coordinator at Estelle Manor, you will act as the point of contact for the Guest Services team including management teams, Luggage Porters, Valets and Chauffeurs.

You will be accountable for operational excellence in the team ensuring team, guests and their belongings are in the right place at the right time, playing a crucial role in our guests arrival and departure experience at Estelle.

Who are we looking for?

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are able to build strong working relationships, communicate clearly with colleagues and guests, and work effectively across departments.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities comfortable managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and maintaining attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
• Commitment to exceptional guest experience. You take pride in delivering a high standard of service, anticipating needs, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests and colleagues.
• Proactive and solution focused. You demonstrate initiative, a positive attitude, and the ability to think ahead and resolve issues efficiently.
• Confident computer and systems user with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook and Excel in particular. Training can be provided for organisational specific systems.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality setting would be highly advantageous.

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
