Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

As part of our Events team, you’ll play a key role in bringing Estelle Manor to life for our guests, turning enquiries into confirmed bookings and creating memorable experiences across our houses and event spaces. From crafting tailored proposals and hosting inspiring site visits to building lasting relationships with our guests, you’ll combine a natural flair for sales with a genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.

Working closely with colleagues across the estate, you’ll ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered and every event is set up for success. With a proactive approach, an eye for detail and a real enthusiasm for everything Estelle Manor has to offer, you’ll help grow our business, encourage repeat bookings and bring our guests’ visions to life, the Estelle way.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in events, ideally within a luxury hotel, venue or hospitality environment, with a strong understanding of what makes an event truly memorable.
• A natural flair for sales and relationship building, with the confidence to turn enquiries into bookings and develop lasting relationships with our guests.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, building strong relationships with colleagues across the estate to bring each event to life.
• Highly organised, with an eagle eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Proactive, can do attitude, with the confidence to solve problems and find solutions while maintaining a warm, professional approach.
• A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and everything Estelle Manor has to offer, taking pride in your work and always looking for ways to make the experience even better.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
