Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

As Events & Groups Executive, you’ll be an integral part of our team, helping to bring events, celebrations and group experiences to life for our members and guests.

You’ll take ownership of the planning and coordination of events, working closely with our members, guests and wider teams to ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered and seamlessly delivered. From creating detailed event plans and coordinating requirements to working with operational teams, you’ll be the person keeping everything organised, connected and on track.

You’ll need a natural eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to build strong relationships across the estate. Most importantly, you’ll understand what makes an experience feel truly special and take pride in turning ideas into memorable experiences.

Who we are looking for?

• Previous experience planning and coordinating events, ideally within a luxury hotel, hospitality or events environment.
• Strong organisational skills with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple events and priorities at once.
• Comfortable being guest facing and meeting with members and guests to understand their brief, talk through ideas and confidently showcase the options available to them.
• A proactive approach, taking ownership, spotting potential issues early and finding creative solutions.
• Confident communicating with colleagues, senior leaders, members, guests and external suppliers.
• A positive, enthusiastic team player who brings energy, personality and a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences.

The on target earning potential for this role is £39,050 - compromising a base salary of £36,050 plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
