As our Runner, you’ll be the heartbeat of the floor, ensuring dishes are delivered swiftly and smoothly while keeping service flowing seamlessly. From supporting the waiters to maintaining a clean and organised environment, you’ll play a vital role in creating a polished and memorable dining experience for every guest.

Who we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting is desirable but not essential
• Energetic, proactive, and reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• High personal standards of presentation and attention to detail

What’s in it for you?

The on target earning potential for this role is £31,886 per annum - comprising a base salary of £26,686 (40 hours per week at a hourly rate of £12.83), plus a qualified estimate of £5,200 in gratuities and service charge.*
