Who are we?
Maison Estelle is a private members' club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A 'hosted home', bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion.
The Role:
As a Cocktail Server at Maison Estelle, you’ll play an integral part in bringing our eclectic, late night speakeasy to life. Combining a passion for drinks with a natural flair for hosting, you’ll create an atmosphere that feels lively, inviting and effortlessly polished. From developing your knowledge of our spirits, wines and cocktails to getting to know our members and their preferences, you’ll help make every visit feel personal and memorable.
Taking ownership of your section, you’ll bring a natural rhythm to service, balancing attentive table touches with the energy of a busy floor. Working closely with our bar and kitchen teams, you’ll help keep service flowing across our multi level venue, communicating with confidence and managing allergies and dietary requirements with care and discretion.
Above all, you’ll bring personality, curiosity and a genuine passion for hospitality, helping create a space that feels vibrant, comfortable and beautifully hosted long into the night.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a guest facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury hotel, members' club or cocktail bar.
- A genuine passion for cocktails, spirits and wines, with the curiosity and enthusiasm to continually develop your knowledge.
- Natural flair for hosting, with the confidence to build relationships, anticipate members' needs and deliver warm, intuitive service.
- A team first approach, with strong communication skills, attention to detail and a flexible approach to work.
