Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion.
The Role:
We are now recruiting Nightlife team members to open our late night venue within our members club in the heart of Mayfair. Made up of a cocktail lounge, nightlife spaces and a year round roof terrace, we are redefining luxury nightlife by delivering exceptional experiences with discretion

Full & Part time available. We are a 7 day a week business with a range of shift patterns available, lets have a conversation about what could work for us both.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Create an exceptional experience for members and their guests.
- Up sell products as and when appropriate in a subtle and conversational manner.
- Taking accurate food and drinks orders, using our till system, ordering slips or by memorisation as appropriate.
- Removing dirty items from tables to avoid clutter in a timely manner.
- Feeling empowered to make a decision that will enhance the member experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
- Being an ambassador for Maison Estelle as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams both when at work and when not.
- Demonstrating a positive and proactive approach to work.
- Continually improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand and anticipate member needs.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent time management skills; comfortable prioritising what is important during busy periods.
- Obsessive about attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and engaging with members.
- Guest facing hospitality experience, ideally in a premium or luxury setting.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
