Role Overview
We are seeking experienced, highly driven individuals to join our growing US based team. Operating remotely, you will leverage your expertise, network, and Enness’ industry-leading platform to source and structure debt solutions for American borrowers looking to secure finance onshore in the US, or overseas.
Real estate backed loans are at the core of our offering but Enness also secures funding against cryptocurrencies, investment portfolios or single stock positions, art collections or lifestyle assets such as private jets or yachts. We do not provide regulated (principal residence) financing in the US but are in the process of securing terms with a partner firm who can support our clients in this area.
This role is ideal for entrepreneurial finance professionals looking for a high-earning potential, full flexibility, and the ability to operate under a recognised global brand without the overhead costs of running a brokerage.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and structure complex debt solutions for HNW and UHNW clients across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advise clients on a range of financing options, including real estate, corporate lending, private debt, and alternative finance.
- Leverage Enness’ lender network to source the best terms and products for clients, working with private banks, alternative lenders, and institutional investors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, generating business through your existing network and proactive business development.
- Ensure seamless execution of deals, working closely with clients, lenders, and legal teams.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in the jurisdictions you operate in.
