Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HNW Mortgage & Debt Broker to join our UK-based team. This is a self-employed role with a highly competitive commission structure, offering full flexibility and access to Enness’ industry-leading platform.

As part of our team, you will work with HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, and professional intermediaries, structuring bespoke mortgage and debt solutions across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Advise HNW and UHNW clients on complex mortgage and debt solutions, including residential, buy-to-let, commercial, bridging, and private client lending.
  2. Source and structure competitive financing options through Enness’ extensive lender network, including private banks, alternative lenders, and institutional investors.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers (wealth managers, solicitors, accountants), and lenders.
  4. Manage the full deal cycle, from client onboarding and structuring to negotiation and completion.
  5. Ensure compliance with UK regulations, maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
  6. Proactively develop business opportunities through networking and business development activities.

  4. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and commercially driven.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of handling high-value transactions.
  6. CeMAP or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential).
