About Enna
Enna is a social enterprise on a mission to enable different minds at work. Around one in seven people are neurodivergent, yet too many workplaces still aren't designed for the way they think. We're changing that.
Founded in 2019 from lived experience, we help employers build workplaces where neurodivergent people can thrive, through practical training, inclusion audits and coaching. Our work has reached more than 750 employers in 33 countries, from NASA and Maersk to charities and local councils. As a Community Interest Company, our profits support our social mission, and every client we work with helps make work fairer for more people.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced, part-time Sales Development Representative to help us reach more organisations that need our support. Your role will be to reconnect with past clients, reach out to new HR, People and Inclusion leaders, and book discovery calls with our team when they're interested.
You’ll work three mornings a week, alongside our founder. You won’t need to run the sales calls or write proposals; our team will take each conversation from there.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
- Own our outbound process from start to finish by phone, email and LinkedIn
- Set up and run email sequences and automation in HubSpot
- Research and build target lists of HR, People, Learning and Development, and Inclusion decision-makers
- Write and test your own outreach messages and call scripts, in line with our tone and services
- Qualify interest and book discovery calls into our calendar, with clear notes on each person, their organisation and what they need
- Keep contacts, companies and deals in HubSpot accurate
- Report weekly on your activity, calls booked and what you’re learning, and suggest what to change
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
- At least two years in an outbound business-to-business role (SDR, BDR, lead generation or appointment setting) where booking meetings was your main target
- A track record of hitting a monthly meeting target
- Experience setting up and running outbound outreach yourself, with little day-to-day supervision
- Experience building email sequences and automation in a CRM such as HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft
- At least a year of using a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce every day to log activity and manage a pipeline
- Experience building your own prospect lists with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo
- Strong written English: you can write short, personal outreach emails that get replies
- Experience working remotely and managing your own time against weekly targets
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience selling to HR, People, Learning and Development, Inclusion or wellbeing buyers
- Experience selling training, consultancy or other professional services
- Experience in a small business or start-up
- Knowledge of neurodiversity, including lived or family experience
You don’t need a degree.
