About Enna

Enna is an award-winning global social enterprise with a bold mission: to support neurodivergent adults into employment, and transform the workplaces they walk into. We help employers become genuinely inclusive, delivering training and consultancy under the Enna brand to organisations from ambitious scale-ups to household-name global enterprises. Every session we run can change how neurodivergent people are recruited, managed and valued at work.

About the role

We're growing our bank of associate facilitators to deliver Enna's training to some of the most recognisable employers in the world. Recent and current clients include the NHS, Monzo and Paypal. Most of our sessions are for managers and leaders, the people whose everyday decisions determine whether neurodivergent talent thrives or leaves. This isn't just general awareness training. Our audiences want practical, credible guidance they can use straight away. When they do, the ripple effect is huge: better management for whole teams, and real change for the neurodivergent people within them.

You'd deliver our existing, Enna-branded content, online and in person, with the flexibility to fit it around your other commitments. It's a rare chance to do work that genuinely matters, at scale, with employers who have the reach to change things for real.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver Enna's neurodiversity training to managers, leaders and workplace audiences, online and in person
  • Suggest and make sensible tweaks to content to keep it sharp and relevant
  • Report back to us after sessions, sharing feedback, how sessions landed and client insight, and stay in regular, reliable contact
  • Represent Enna professionally with client organisations

Essential experience and skills

  • Demonstrable experience designing and/or delivering training specifically to managers and leaders, ideally on neurodiversity, inclusion or a closely related people/management topic
  • Strong, current knowledge of neurodiversity in the workplace: reasonable adjustments, inclusive management, recruitment and retention, and the relevant legal context (e.g. Equality Act 2010)
  • Confident group facilitation in a corporate / organisational learning-and-development setting
  • Reliable, communicative and comfortable with regular reporting and feedback
  • Based in or around London or the South East, and able to travel to client sites for in-person delivery

Desirable

  • Lived or personal experience of neurodivergence, or a close personal connection to it
  • A recognised training, facilitation or L&D qualification
  • Experience across specific sectors (e.g. corporate, public sector, education)

How to apply

Please send your CV and a short covering letter by Monday 4 August 2026. In your covering letter, please tell us a little about your experience training managers and leaders on neurodiversity or a closely related topic, we'd love to hear about the audiences you've worked with and the difference you made.

As a social enterprise built around neurodivergent employment, we're committed to inclusive recruitment and particularly welcome applications from neurodivergent candidates. If you need any reasonable adjustments to take part in the process, just let us know.
