This Water Hygiene Trainer / Training Consultant role based local to York, Slough or Livingston, involves delivering expert-led training on water hygiene systems, aligned with current legislation and health and safety guidance. The role requires someone who can confidently assess candidates, develop course content and maintain high-quality standards. The successful candidate will deliver sessions at training centres or client sites across the UK, and occasionally overseas. This is a technical teaching role that requires the ability to create, maintain and deliver high-quality training content to professionals within the sector. This is a position suited to an experienced hands-on engineer with strong technical knowledge across Water Hygiene sector & who enjoys working with a wide range of learners across multiple locations and wanting to help develop the current and forthcoming talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver Water hygiene training courses in line with current legislation and safety guidelines.

Assess candidate performance against set criteria.

Develop and deliver bespoke and open training sessions.

Maintain training documentation and ensure content is up to date.

Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements.

Support planning for staff and resource allocation.

Promote and enhance the training centre’s profile and offering.
Preferred Ideal Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Previous hands-on experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer, technician or similar technical role.

Strong understanding of current safety legislation and industry standards.

Ability to assess candidate performance effectively.

Confident delivering training to varied audiences.

Previous experience delivering any training or coaching would be hugely beneficial.

Salary :- £45,000 – £48,000 + 33 Days Holiday (inc. Banks), Pension Scheme, Car Allowance & More.
