Working as a Commercial Gas Engineer covering the London and local regional area, you will be delivering exceptional customer service to each client and site you attend. You will be working across a variety of sites and heating systems, including various plant rooms, schools, hospitals, offices, manufacturing sites, and more. You will have good fault-finding skills and the ability to diagnose and repair commercial heating systems and associated plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial and some domestic heating systems in commercial applications.
- Fault diagnosis of commercial plant and systems.
- Working within various premises including schools, hospitals, care homes, and other premises.
- Working across renewable heating systems, plant, and components.
- Providing reactive call-out response when on call-out.
Preferred Ideal Experience & Skills Required
- Commercial Gas ACS: COCN1 or CODNCO1 and CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1.
- Domestic ACS too would be ideal: CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, WAT1.
- Experience in servicing and repair across commercial heating systems, plant rooms.
- Experience across renewable systems including heat pumps, solar thermal, and biomass would be advantageous but not essential.
- Air conditioning & safe handling would also be a bonus but not essential.
