An exciting opportunity has arisen for a French-speaking Account Executive to join a growing technology business specialising in SaaS workforce management and access control solutions. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in technology sales, SaaS, HR software or workforce management solutions. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing sales opportunities across French-speaking markets including France and Africa. The successful candidate will focus on building a strong pipeline, developing relationships with prospects and customers and closing new business in line with agreed revenue targets. This is a great opportunity for someone currently working as an SDR, BDR or Junior Account Executive who is ready to step into a role with more autonomy, ownership and responsibility.

Role Overview

  • Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline across French-speaking markets.
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, prospecting and relationship building.
  • Achieve agreed revenue targets and sales performance KPIs.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial engagement through to closing.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, customers and partners.
  • Cross-sell additional SaaS and technology solutions into existing customers.
  • Work closely with internal sales, product, support, delivery and technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline activity.
  • Learn and apply internal sales frameworks, playbooks and best practice processes.
  • Engage confidently with senior decision-makers including Director-level and C-suite contacts.
  • Support customer success by ensuring a smooth handover to delivery and support teams.
  • Represent the business professionally in line with company values and policies.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Native or fluent French language skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales role such as SDR, BDR, Account Executive or Junior Account Executive.
  • Experience working within a technology, SaaS, HR software or workforce management environment.
  • Strong prospecting, appointment setting and pipeline generation experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets or quota-based objectives.
  • Confident engaging with senior business stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong CRM experience and good sales administration discipline.
  • Commercially aware with good business acumen and confidence working with numbers.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other business tools.
  • A self-starter with a team-focused and customer-led approach.

Salary: c£60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission with Accelerators, Pension, 25 Days Hols + Banks & Birthday.
