Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to support execution of the company's revenue strategy and the OKR process for the revenue organisation.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and tangible results.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CRO and other stakeholders, preparing and delivering high‑impact communications, presentations, and reports.
- Lead and manage high‑priority projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CRO, developing detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Work with the CRO to optimise the rhythm of the business, including agenda planning for key meetings, tracking action items and ensuring follow‑through.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high‑growth technology organisations in a role such as Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Consulting or Commercial Lead.
- Experience working within an OKR framework and a data‑driven problem‑solving mindset.
- Strong influence and collaboration skills, able to work across all levels without authority.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills for complex information and varied audiences.
- Highly organised under pressure, willing to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
