Your Mission
Join us in disrupting the international energy and environmental trading market and leave your mark in re‑defining how energy traders work! As a Product Manager, you will own the feature life cycle from scoping to post‑launch. Through strong internal collaboration, you’ll drive the development of key platform features to ensure they address the needs of our customers in the energy sector. You’ll play a vital role in refining our strategic product roadmap through validating customer pain points and delivering impactful solutions. You will work with an established product and a highly collaborative team, gaining hands‑on experience in digital product development while helping to shape the future of energy trading.
Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of the entire product life cycle from scoping to ideation, execution and post‑launch.
- Ensure product‑market fit by deeply understanding customer needs and validating solutions before development.
- Leverage AI and data‑driven decision‑making to refine and prioritise product development.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams (commercial, engineering, and design) to shape and refine product ideas.
- Translate business needs into actionable product specifications and coordinate cross‑functional execution.
- Support the go‑to‑market strategy by ensuring a seamless handover from development to commercial teams.
- Apply best practices in product management to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Deliver product features within the committed time, budget and quality.
Your Profile / Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of understanding customer needs, participating in the product development lifecycle, and contributing to bringing products to market.
- Significant professional experience in Energy Trading, Renewable Energy Sector, or Financial Trading. A strong understanding of trading processes is essential.
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. You have profound knowledge of PM tools (e.g., Jira), a data‑driven approach to decision‑making, and an interest in integrating AI/ML solutions into the product roadmap.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; experienced in navigating complex stakeholder environments and translating business goals into technical requirements.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a proactive, results‑driven approach.
- Fluent in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
