THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager who is both a relationship-builder and a strategic deal-maker. You will lead our B2B sales engine—developing partnerships with museums, galleries, heritage institutions, luxury brands, and premium retail channels. Your mission: turn our client’s unique offerings into high-value commercial partnerships and sustainable revenue streams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop High-Value Partnerships
- Build and nurture relationships with museums, art institutions, cultural organisations, and luxury brand partners.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritise partnership opportunities across the UK and Europe.
- Secure co-branded collaborations for retail shops, exhibitions, and special projects.
- Lead outreach through email, calls, meetings, and industry events.
- Present collections, negotiate terms, and close commercial agreements.
- Manage the product onboarding process for museum shops and retail partners.
- Prepare pitch decks and partnership proposals tailored to each institution.
- Work with design and creative teams to align product stories, visuals, and brand narratives.
- Suggest new formats.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Marketing, and Operations to coordinate inventory, launches, and co-branded opportunities.
- Feed market insights to inform product design and pricing strategy.
- Monitor shifts in the luxury, museum retail, and cultural gifting landscape.
- Track competitor moves.
- Report actionable insights to guide business decisions.
- Maintain CRM records, forecast sales, and track partnership performance.
- Report on KPIs, sell-through, revenue progress, and customer feedback.

- Have 5–10 years of proven commercial or partnership experience in luxury retail, premium gifting, museums/arts, or cultural brands.
- Understand how museum shops, cultural institutions, and luxury brands operate.

- Have a strong track record in building relationships that translate into revenue.
- Bring exceptional communication skills and an ability to tell a brand story.
