About The Firm: My client is a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm located in Essex/Herts with a strong national reputation for clinical negligence and medical negligence claims. Their Clinical Negligence department is one of the leading teams in the country, offering expert legal representation in complex and high-profile cases. Due to recent successes, my client is expanding the department and seeking a Medical/clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their growing team. Working with leaders in the field, the team deal with a wide range of matters including birth trauma cases, delays in diagnosis or misdiagnosis, surgical mistakes, fatalities, inquests, brain injury, spinal injury and amputation claims.
Experience for this Clinical Negligence Solicitor or CILEX position:
- Manage a caseload of medical negligence claims, including inquests, psychiatric injury, fatal cases.
- Conduct legal research, case preparation, and client advocacy.
- Work closely with medical experts and counsel to develop case strategy.
- Support and represent clients at inquests and hearings.
- Provide clear, compassionate, and expert legal advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
