Are you an experienced air conditioning maintenance engineer or someone with relevant experience that would like to retrain? We are actively seeking a reliable, capable maintenance engineer to join the team and assist with the company’s continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- You will carry out all aspects of air conditioning maintenance works on equipment including VRF’s, and split type air conditioning.
- You will need to complete service sheets and associated paperwork and ensure it is returned to the office in a timely manner.
- You will need to maintain effective communication with the client and the office and be responsible for your time management ensuring all tasks are completed.
- You will occasionally assist on Air Conditioning installations when the need arises.
Profile (Essential):
- The candidate must be C&G Level 2 Fgas and ODS Regulations: Cat 4 qualified (however we may consider someone with relevant practical experience subject to passing the Fgas qualification).
- A full clean UK valid driving license is essential.
- Must have excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must have good organisation skills to ensure deadlines are met, and be able to demonstrate self-motivation.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidate needs to be physically fit and able to work at height, use of ladders, etc.
- Candidate must be able to provide a high standard of care and attention to the work they carry out as will mainly be working in high end residential properties.
- Candidate must be comfortable working on their own.
Profile (Desirable):
- Experience of Air conditioning maintenance is preferred.
- It is desirable for the candidate to have IPAF/PASMA and CSCS however this is not essential as the correct training can be offered by the company to obtain these.
- Daikin/Fujitsu/Mitsubishi/Panasonic Servicing Certificates.
