We are seeking an experienced and motivated Installation/Service Engineer to join a growing team specialising in gate automation, barrier systems, and access control solutions. This hands-on role involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of automated access control systems. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality workmanship, provide excellent customer service, and ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install and commission gate automation, barrier, and turnstile systems.
  • Carry out planned maintenance and servicing of access control equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently.
  • Provide professional and responsive customer support on-site.
  • Complete service reports and installation documentation accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Profile

  • Proven experience with gate automation, barriers, access control systems, or similar electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
