Our client is a fast-growing SaaS Platform that allows enterprise organisations to onboard, classify, manage, source and pay their contractor workforce globally. Following significant growth, they are looking to hire a Head of Talent to lead their sourcing, delivery and freelancer community functions. This is a unique opportunity for a recruitment leader who enjoys remaining hands-on while building high-performing teams, managing key customer relationships and developing engaged talent communities.

What the Head of Talent will be doing:

  • Lead and develop a team of sourcing and delivery specialists focused on exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Manage the end-to-end fulfilment process, ensuring customer briefs are prioritised, delegated and delivered against agreed service levels.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, acting as a strategic partner and ensuring a best-in-class experience.
  • Drive talent pooling initiatives, creating and maintaining curated communities of pre-vetted freelance talent across Creative and Technology disciplines.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the freelancer community, supporting engagement throughout the sourcing and shortlisting process.
  • Monitor team performance through key metrics including SLA adherence, conversion rates, productivity and commercial performance.
  • Lead strategic projects focused on marketplace growth, talent engagement and continuous improvement.
