A creative agency shaping the future of the creator economy is seeking an HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Senior HR Manager will act as both a strategic and hands-on leader, building and maintaining frameworks that support growth while ensuring the employee experience is inclusive, consistent, and future-focused.
What the HR Manager will be doing:
- Oversee all HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, HRIS systems, and policy administration, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with employment law and evolving business needs.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate data for reporting headcount, turnover, and workforce trends.
- Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, fostering a culture of recognition, inclusion, and continuous development.
What the HR Manager should bring:
- HR leadership experience within a fast-paced creative, media, agency, or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR compliance, and policy frameworks.
- Experience supporting US employee relations and partnering with Employer of Record (EOR) providers to manage international employees compliantly.
- Exposure to global people operations across Europe and MENA regions.
- Proven track record of managing HR operations.
- CIPD qualification (Level 7 preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
