I'm working exclusively with a fast-growing SaaS business that's changing the way enterprise organisations manage their global contractor workforce. They're looking for a Senior HR Manager to join on a key hire, working alongside the Fractional CPO, CEO and COO to lead the People function through an exciting period of growth.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day HR function
- Employee relations, policies and UK employment law
- HR operations, onboarding, offboarding and HRIS
- Working with EOR providers to support an international workforce
- Driving employee engagement, wellbeing and culture
- Office management
What they're looking for:
- HR leadership experience in a startup or scale-up SaaS business
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Experience managing international employees via EORs
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to partner senior stakeholders
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
