Delivery Consultant – Tech Recruitment

Up to £55k base + £120k OTE (uncapped)
Our client has been voted in the top 5 most profitable recruitment businesses in the country with offices in London, Surrey, Manchester, New York, Austin & Chicago. They work on a Business Development and Delivery model going against the grain of the traditional 360 route and it works!! They are looking to add to their Delivery function to join a team of highly motivated, leading delivery consultants.
What the Recruitment Consultant will be doing:
- Candidate sourcing – using various sourcing techniques to identify, engage and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and assessment – conduct thorough screening interviews with candidates both over the phone and video.
- Build bespoke talent pools within your specific niche.
- Market research.
- Maintaining internal candidate databases.
What the Recruitment Consultant should bring:
- 2+ years in a 360-recruitment role or delivery role.
- Our client will also look at grads or candidates looking for their first role within Sales/Recruitment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to success.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- Tech recruitment experience would be an advantage.
What the Recruitment Consultant will get in return:
You will receive a basic salary of up to £55,000 + £120k OTE (uncapped) with established delivery consultants doing £150k+, mapped out progression, international travel opportunities & much, much more!!
