This role ensures robust HR operations, fosters a culture of engagement and wellbeing, and positions People Culture as a trusted partner to the business.
Acting as both a hands-on business partner , the Senior HR Manager will build and maintain frameworks that support growth while ensuring the employee experience is inclusive, consistent, and future-focused.
This role will be reporting into a Fractional CPO and working closely with Department Heads CEO COO.
What the Senior HR Manager will be doing: Oversee all HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, HRIS systems, and policy administration, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
