The Senior HR Manager will be acting as both a strategic and hands-on leader, building and maintaining frameworks that support growth while ensuring the employee experience is inclusive, consistent, and future-focused. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting into the CPO.
What the HR Manager will be doing:
- Oversee all HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, HRIS systems, and policy administration, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
