Enlightenment Education is now recruiting full-time, long-term SEND Teaching Assistants to support a range of specialist schools across both primary and secondary settings. We work with nurturing, inclusive provisions that support children with a variety of additional needs, including autism, speech and language needs, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
We currently have multiple vacancies available, including:
- SEND Teaching Assistants - Supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, and SEMH.
- SEMH Teaching Assistants - Working with pupils who require emotional regulation support, behaviour guidance, and consistent pastoral input.
- Key Stage 3 SEND Teaching Assistants - Supporting small groups and 1:1 learners within specialist SEND provisions.
- HLTA SEND & Little Wandle Phonics - Delivering interventions, supporting teachers, and leading small groups across SEND and mainstream settings.
- Speech & Language 1:1 Teaching Assistant (Specific Role) - Providing targeted 1:1 support for a pupil with speech, language, and communication needs within a specialist SEND setting.
What we're looking for:
- Experience professionally or personally supporting children or young people with SEND
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide consistent support
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
- Commitment to long-term work and pupil progress
