We're currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Chesterfield area. This role involves supporting pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2 within a school that has a high level of SEND needs.
We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive and experienced in supporting children with a range of additional needs. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND
- A calm, patient and nurturing approach
- Confidence working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
