We are recruiting for Teaching Assistant positions to start asap which will be offered on a long term, full-time (5 days per week) supply basis.
Supporting a class teacher with Secondary aged pupils in small groups of up to 6. These pupils will often be disengaged and display challenging behaviour. Your role will be to engage with them to support and encourage them in learning and school life.
The role is Monday to Friday 8.30am until 3.30pm with one after school meeting per week on a Wednesday until 4.30pm. You will need to be patient and resilient with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
