About the Role- Delivering Primary-level lessons to small groups of SEND/SEMH pupils
- Planning and adapting learning to meet individual needs
- Creating a safe, calm, and consistent learning environment
- Working closely with support staff and the wider pastoral team
- Using a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach
- Supporting pupils to build confidence, resilience, and positive learning habits
- QTS-qualified and Primary-trained
- Experience with SEND and/or SEMH is highly desirable
- Confident in adapting lessons and differentiating effectively
