Enlightenment Education is recruiting a dedicated Speech & Language Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis within a welcoming school in the DE22 area. This is a full-time, long-term role, Monday to Friday, supporting a child with speech, language and communication needs.
The Role
- Providing consistent 1:1 support to a pupil with Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Working closely with teachers and external Speech & Language Therapists
- Supporting communication development, confidence building and daily learning tasks
- Creating a calm, structured and nurturing environment
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
