We are a small, independent supply agency working closely with a number of primary schools, providing high-quality support staff to work with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are currently seeking dedicated, adaptable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Roles vary across one-to-one support, small group interventions, and work within SEN hubs and specialist provisions.
About the Role:
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs in primary school settings
- Providing 1:1 support, small group work, or classroom-based assistance
- Working closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to support learning and development
- Flexible supply work across our partner schools
- Opportunities for long-term placements and temp-to-perm roles
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge or understanding of SEN (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH)
- Transferable skills from care, youth work, coaching, tutoring or similar roles are welcome
- A patient, supportive and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply - we can assist with this)
- Minimum of two professional references covering the last two years
- Eligibility to work in the UK
