About the Role
We are looking for a calm, supportive and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 11 female pupil, focusing on confidence-building, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. This is a highly rewarding role for someone who can offer patience, encouragement and consistency. You will work closely with the pastoral team and class teachers to help the pupil feel safe, supported and confident both in and out of lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to a Year 11 female pupil with SEMH needs

About You
