We have opportunities for day-to-day supply work , with exciting potential for long-term positions from September . The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Help create a positive, safe and nurturing learning environment. Support children with additional learning needs, including SEND where required. Encourage pupils' independence, confidence and social development. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Has experience working with children in a school, or similar setting (desirable but not essential). Is reliable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting children's learning. Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one. Flexible day-to-day work to suit your availability.
